What do you think about section VII of the CFOJA Report?

VII.  Answering the Question of Whether the Proper Scope of Judicial Accountability in America Seems to Hinge on Perspective More than Established Principles of Due Process -

The Report correctly points out what is not understood as well as it should be by some in the judicial and legal reform community- that we are not left with a mutually exclusive choice of either judicial independence or judicial accountability. In fact, both can be attained in a workable relationship.
