Those who helped prepare the CFOJA Forum looked far and wide to have a representative panel that would present all sides of the isues at hand. In short, the Forum wanted all voices to be heard.
That judges’ associations and bar associations did not participate is unfortunate as their point of view needed to be heard. Michael Mc Cray, however, very ably presented the arguments they had made in the past and were most likely to make had they been present. The quality of argument at the Forum was very impressive.

No other profession in this Nation allows immunity from prosecution; not even the President of the USA.
